The Benefits of The Good-One Patio Smokers
The Model 30-P is perfect for small households. It has a single cooking surface in the smoke chamber which can be expanded by purchasing an extra rack. In addition, it gives you the ability to grill hamburgers and steaks directly above the fire. A damper control, located between the grill and smoker, ensures optimum control over your cooking temperature. The Good-One will hold heat for up to 4 hours without adding charcoal!
Other models of The Good-One include a Texas Style Grill for tailgating or backyard grilling and larger Patio Smokers/Grills and trailer models with multiple easy access cooking shelves, which can be removed for smoking large pieces of meat. With a matte black finish on a heavy duty 11-gauge body and 14-gauge lids, The Good-One’s tiered design makes it unique from other offset smokers and contributes to its exceptional ability to control temperature and uniformly cook your meat.
The top tier of The Good-One grills is the smoking chamber. The firebox is the lower tier of the smoker, sitting behind the cooking chamber and below it like a stair step. A damper control, located between the grill and smoker, ensures optimum control over your cooking temperature. The Good-One will hold heat for up to 4 hours without adding charcoal.
The Good-One Smoker/Grill is available in seven different models ranging from a small patio model to the giant “Whole Hog Smoker”. The Good One outdoor grills comes in a size that will fit your lifestyle and give you the ability to make incredible barbecue.
Because the fire box is the same length as the cooking chamber, heat and smoke are delivered uniformly to your cooking surface, eliminating the need to rotate your meat and eradicating hot spots. A return vent in the cooking chamber circulates hot air back into the fire box to create a natural heat convection.
